The Kirkin' service is held on Sunday July 24 at 10 am at the bandshell. It is a non-denominational service sponsored by Goodwood United Church. It features bagpipes of course!! And it often includes harp and other traditional Celtic music. This year's theme is Celtic spirituality
Admission to the grounds for the Kirkin' o' the Tartan service is free on Sunday morning. Regular admission charges apply after the service is over. Once again, though, specially priced tickets are available in advance
Clan Society Volunteers
Clan Society members volunteer their time to highland games throughout the season. They are willing to help those of Celtic heritage understand their heritage and the volunteers add so much to our event.
Scottish clans and families were an important part of Scotland's history. If you are of Scottish ancestry, it's more than likely that you have an attachment one or more the Clans. If you are other Celtic heritage – for example, Irish or Welsh – we have once again extended invitations to Irish Clans and Celtic Cultural organizations.
