Every year the Highlands of Durham Games brings together thousands of visitors - families and fun-lovers of all ages.
If you are a vendor, it is a great opportunity to set up shop and sell your wares.
Hello, and welcome to the Highlands of Durham Games for 2011.
A Celtic Celebration truly like no other!
In our 16th year we look forward to launching our new ad campaign and reaching out to a larger audience with two new partnerships. My name is Steve Harrison, Chair of the 2011 games and a participant since its inception. This year’s campaign will focus around a shared promotion with two new sponsors to the games.
Every ticket sold will not only gain access to the park but will also provide a bus ride up and back - and if that wasn’t enough - you will have a chance to win a trip for two to Scotland or your favourite destination as well!
In partnership with Marlin Travel and Pacific Western we offer the chance to win a trip for two to Scotland while Pacific Western provides a pick up and drop off service to and from the games from 10 points in Ajax, Pickering and Oshawa.
We expect to attract more visitors this year and will reach out to create more partnerships than ever before. Our desire is to create a sustainable event for all our stakeholders. We look forward to helping our vendors be successful and understand the challenges that we all face to make our businesses and events grow. The Highlands of Durham Games have proven to be a unique and popular family event and we hope to continue to deliver that same quality year after year.
We have made our forms available online so you can fill out your information conveniently and forward it to our Vendor coordinator. We hope to receive your applications by May 15th to prepare and allocate positions. If you have any questions please feel free to include them in your application.

Food and craft vendors are invited to participate at the games for a fee for two full days at the Uxbridge site.
